Yirgos Mylonidas’s work focuses on strategic and international management. His research interests are the production of value in venture communities, collective interpretive and learning processes, contribution of sociological notions of social construction to the study of organizations, contribution of literary theory to the study of organizations, and strategies and performance of firms with regard to the natural environment.

He holds a BA from the American College in Greece, Ptychio degree from Athens, and MA from UCLA, Los Angeles,  and a Ph.D. from MIT.
