Mathias Hovind focuses on complex organizational development processes: How to gear management, culture and employees to realise their common ambition and manage the common task.
Mathias has conducted structured management training programs for groups ranging from first-time managers to managers with a robust managerial identity who wish to accelerate their leadership to achieve new career objectives. Coaching is typically integrated into these activities, but can also focus on stress management, lack of support or different forms of inappropriate management behaviour.
Mathias has worked for Forsvarets Center for Lederskab, PA Consulting and at the same time ran his own coaching company. He joined Summit in early 2005. His experience in management training, testing, group and individual coaching are all competencies crucial to task solution.
Mathias holds a MA in psychology from the University of Copenhagen, with additional study at the University of Oslo in industrial psychology and at RUC’s communication diploma program.
