High-potential managers and specialists

Participants are from the energy industry (from exploration, production, sales, regulation, distribution or delivery) and its partners. They wish to develop energy business understanding and the ability to design and implement business unit projects. The program is geared towards high-potential managers and specialists. More senior executives who need a broader understanding of the energy industry will also benefit from the program.

To get the most out of MEB, participants are admitted in teams. Teams of 2 - 5 four participants from multiple functions, ideally from the same business unit, ease the cross-functional cooperation that is crucial to implementing the home company strategy assignment, and is often the start of stronger cooperation between these functions in the future.

Enrollment is limited to approximately 30 managers, representing about 10 company teams, to ensure a high level of in-class discussions, advice and feedback.
