"The MSDS program has given me more than a deeper insight to the service industry and the wonderful world of service business improvement possibilities. It has also given a grand network of fellow service delivery colleagues from many different parts of the world, cultures and businesses. After an intensive period of time together with people like the MSDS program is, you might even call these people your friends. With respect for business ethics as a matter of course, those friends will go as far as one can to assist you with advice or ideas in your future improvement projects, if you need them.
