Customized programs

SIMI also offers customized programs. Such programs typically take the format of a Industry Diploma Programs (IDP®), but are adjusted to the specific needs of the participating company.

The advantage of the SIMI learning model, which involves project teams from across the company’s operational functions, now becomes manifest. Through preparing one or more business projects of operational and/or strategic value the participants get a deep understanding of the value chain of the company and what it takes to implement the business recommendations. Team members also learn to collaborate in spite of diversity in backgrounds and perspectives. For business leaders in a global organization this is a sine qua non of gaining business leadership competence, being effective and creating impact.
