Each applicant is interviewed by telephone to ensure that program prerequisites are met and that program procedures are clear. Prerequisites include a minimum of three years of industry and line and/or project management experience, and a bachelor degree or equivalent. However, final evaluation of the applicant will be based on the overall balance of key factors such as management experience, academic background, industry experience, international experience, relevance of the program to the applicant's current job, the potential of the individual, profile mix within the class and team competency mix.
