Customized programs

SIMI offers customized programs in the medical area. Such programs typically take the format of a SIMI Industry Diploma Program (IDP®), but are adjusted to the specific needs of the participating company.

The advantage of the SIMI learning model, which involves project teams from across the company’s operational functions, becomes even more pronounced for company-specific programs. Through preparing one or more business projects of operational and/or strategic value, the participants get a deep understanding of the value chain of the company and what it takes to implement the business recommendations. A customized program goes beyond organizational innovation and effectiveness, and focuses also on the people and company culture. Participants have an increased ability to create value for the company by being able to identify and maximize innovation opportunities, operate more effectively in constantly changing environments, and lead more constructively in a cross-cultural marketplace.  For business leaders in a global organization, this is a prerequisite for gaining business leadership competence, being effective and creating impact.
