The Leaders Diploma Program will enable the participating managers to:
- Learn to design and implement strategic initiatives by applying theoretical and managerial tools to real-life situations
- Design a strategy at a selected business unit of the sponsoring company
- Implement the strategy to deliver bottom-line impact for the sponsoring company
- Develop an understanding of major industry issues
- Build a broader professional network within the industry
- Earn a diploma
Course Structure: 3 modules of 4-5 days
Dates: First module starts 20 September 2010. Last module ends 27 January 2011.
Tuition fee: € 13,400 excluding VAT, for one participant. For two or more participants per company, the fee is € 12,000 excluding VAT, per participant.
The fee includes all learning materials and food during the program. Travel and lodging expenses are not included.
