"NNIT general managers and high-potential employees have participated in the MITS Diploma Program since 2000. Our participants have gained significant insight in the strategic development, innovation and market conditions faced by the ICT industries, and thus by NNIT. The home company assignments (HCA) have supported and increased cross-organisational co-operation within NNIT, and findings from the HCA reports have inspired the annually update of our business plan. The MITS program is well organised and there is a good balance between teaching, workshops and assignments. The program has an internationally experienced and very competent faculty."
