Participant profile
MITS is designed for general managers and high-potential functional or project managers from diverse professional areas such as consulting, business development, sales and marketing, software and service development, and service delivery. Essentially, all have an involvement in or aptitude for general management and wish to develop cross-functional business leadership skills.
A minimum of five years of industry and three years of management experience, and an education equivalent to at least a bachelor degree are required.
To get the most out of MITS, participants are admitted in teams of 2 - 4 managers from multiple functions, ideally from the same business unit. These teams ease the cross-functional cooperation that is crucial to the implementation of the home company strategy assignment, which is often the start of stronger cooperation between these functions in the future.
