Participant profile
The Managing Food & Beverage Innovation program is designed for experienced, high-potential functional or project managers who need to develop an understanding of the future strategic options in the industry and the importance of innovation as a lever for profitable growth. Participants represent a diversity of functional areas such as general management, R&D, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain and business development and come from both B2B and FMCG companies.
To obtain maximum benefit from the program, participants are admitted in teams of 2 - 4, preferably from multiple functions in the same strategic business unit. This ensures the cross-functional cooperation required to implement home company assignments and is often the start of a stronger cooperation between these functions.
The MFBI program has been conducted nine times since 1997. The recent average participant has been 40 years old, with six years of management experience and 12 years of industrial experience. We aim at recruiting an international class representation from mainly Nordic and European countries.
