Each applicant is interviewed by telephone to ensure that program prerequisites are met, and that program procedures are clear. Prerequisites include a minimum of five years of industry and three years of management experience, and a bachelor degree or equivalent. However, final evaluation of the applicant is based on the balance of key factors such as management experience, academic background, industry experience, international experience, the program's relevance to the applicant's current job position, and the individual's potential.
