The Managing Food and Beverage Innovation (MFBI) Diploma program builds capabilities in managers and organizations that enable them to generate sustainable, organic growth through innovation.
The program delivers measurable and effective impact for the individual and the organization through:

    • Building of capabilities and supporting tools for driving innovation through the organization, not only through functions
    • Development of understanding of and capability to manage the change process involved to implement innovation internally and externally

    The program builds immediate value for the sponsoring company because participants work on company specific projects. These projects provide an opportunity to use learning from the program to benefit the home company. This process is facilitated by faculty and SIMI under strict confidentiality.
