Target group and admission requirements

SIMI admits a maximum of 36 participants to each program. This ensures personal attention and a high level of interaction between participants and faculty.

The Executive MBA program is designed for executives with a high potential for advancement into top management positions. They must meet the following requirements:

• A level of maturity consistent with the demands of a business program for senior professionals
• Financial sponsorship by their organization
• A minimum of six years of work experience and three years of management experience. Candidates should also have international experience.
• A solid educational foundation, such as a bachelor degree or equivalent from a university, polytechnic institute or similar institute of higher learning.
• Full command of spoken and written English, as this is the working language of all SIMI programs.

Since the first program in 1993, more than 400 senior executives from more than 24 countries in Europe, Asia, North America and Africa have participated in the program.
