Executive MBA learning path
The Executive MBA program integrates business and leadership dimensions into one learning process, which is based on learning by experience. You start learning within your own company. One-third of the way into the program, you deal with unfamiliar business environments and with managerial issues in entirely different industries. At the same time, you will learn to contribute to high performance in a team. In the last module you will learn in your home company again, where you will be required to integrate business tools and leadership skills to implement an effective strategy.

The business dimension is organized and developed by a group of top internationally known faculty members from a variety of Asian, European and North American business schools, who work in close relationship with companies. Many of the professors have worked with SIMI since the launch of the first Executive MBA program in 1993.
The leadership dimension is organized and developed by a faculty of organizational and human resources psychologists. They have extensive teaching and consultancy experience in leadership training, organization development, team building, and executive selection. The leadership dimension goes beyond simply learning about leadership to helping you develop the personal qualities and behavioral skills required to perform more effectively as a leader.
