Berit Sander has an extensive background in the field of psychology. She holds a Master of Psychology from the University of Copenhagen as well as an advanced Business Education in Organization and Industrial Sociology from Copenhagen Business School.  She was a visiting fellow with Professor Peter Sifneos, Harvard University, USA.

Author of the book “Personlighed til Eksamen” (Gyldendal, 1999). Co-author of several books; Basic Psychology (Reitzels Forlag, 1985), Learning Consultation (Karnac Books, 1995), Systematic Consultation (Munksgaard, 1998). Current Chairman of the board in the Psychological Centre and member of European Test Task Force. Prior to starting her own successful consultancy firm, Berit Sander held positions as Human Resource Consultant with Ludvigsen & Hermann A/S and as Management Consultant with Mercuri Urval.
