Tomo Noda’s work focuses on the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy, innovation, learning and strategic integration within a global firm, strategic leadership and corporate transformation.

He has a Bachelor of Law and Economics degree from the University of Tokyo, an M.Sc. in management from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and DBA in Business Policy, Graduate School of Business Administration of Harvard University. After obtaining his doctorate, he taught strategic and international management at London Business School (1996-1997), INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (1997-2000), and INSEAD ASIA in Singapore (2001-2003).
