Roger Hallowell focuses on service management, strategy, human resources and information technology for service firms.

Roger has a BA from Harvard College, and MBA and DBA from Harvard Business School. He has taught several executive programs and MBA courses, and has extensive experience in the development of business cases for client companies and MBA/executive programs.

Roger’s work has been published in Academy of Management Executive, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, and the International Journal of Service Industry Management. He has worked on Wall Street and for small businesses in the service sector.
