Pernille Hippe Brun is a business/industry psychologist. She is partner in Resonans A/S, a Danish company working with leadership development and strategic and organizational development from the perspective of the solution-focused method. She is a facilitator at the 15th E*MBA class at SIMI.
After her studies in physical education and psychology at the University of Copenhagen and University of California, Irvine, Pernille trained in Appreciative Inquiry at the University of Cleveland and has taken many other courses to develop her potential as a mindful and skilled consultant.

Pernille has more than 10 years of experience with executive coaching and facilitating processes that bring people in companies closer to a shared understanding of the steps they need to take to reach their goals. She has worked with leadership development programs and organizational development programs in companies including Novo Nordisk A/S, CSC, NNIT, SimCorp, Sydbank and many Danish government ministries.
